The following two images is the statement Stephen McCarthy gave to the New Hampshire State Police regarding the missing juvenile (his son) Patric McCarthy on October 13th, 2003. Case Number F03-9056
The full text of the statement is as follows:
9:45AM Steve got out of bed. Patric, Noah, and Margaret were up already, Gabe was still sleeping. Margaret made breakfast the boys woke Gabe and we all had breakfast together.
After breakfast Steve had the boys start to gather their laundry and remove the sheets from the beds, Margaret started cleaning upstairs and Steve cleaned the kitchen. After Margaret completed cleaning upstairs she the the laundry to the laundry mat in Lincoln. The boys help carry bags to the truck and front door. After the boys did all they could do, Steve started cleaning the down stairs. The boys asked if they could go out and play Steve said OK but check back every 15 min. Steve cleaned and the boys went out to play. All three boys came back to check in approx 15-30 min later. Steve was still cleaning so they (the three boys) went out to play some more. Approx 20-30 minutes later Gabe and Noah returned and asked where Patric was. I said he did not come home and I asked them to find him. I waited approx 10 minutes and the boys had not returned so I went to look for them. I met Gabe on the path and asked him where Patric was. He said he did not know. I then had Gabe show me where he last saw Patric and he showed me a spot above the connect path between two buildings. I ran into the woods calling Patric’s name. I had no response. I then ran back to the Clearbrook Complex and ran up the hill shouting Patric’s name. I got no response. I had no vehicle because Margaret was not back yet. A neighbor offered to drive me around the complex to look for Patric. We drove around clearbrook and then loon villages. No sign of Patric. I had the neighbor drive me home and I called Lincoln PD.

Stephen McCarthy: Patric Missing 2:45 pm, based on what Margaret tells the Police, and Stephen
agrees? Based on that, Patric was not missing when he called Lincoln Police at
2:36 pm?
Stephen McCarthy has no idea when he last saw Patric alive. The Truth-Criminal Negligence comes to mind. FBI 2011, Stephen now states it may have been closer to 1 hour that Patric was missing when Gabe and Noah returned without him?

The following comment by Terry O’Connell is very interesting as it pertains to Patric’s death, so why didn’t he peruse it? You don’t have to look to far?
“You start with the victim and the last person or persons to see him alive and try to rule that person or persons out,” O’Connell said. “If you can’t do that, then you stay with them even while looking at other persons.”

Monday 13 Oct 03 – Margaret McCarthy calls her brother James Besaw 4:00 pm informs him Patric is missing. He calls Nicki Ruoix, hired help, he is going to take her car. Stephen McCarthy calls his brother Geoffrey McCarthy 4:15+/- and informs him Patric is missing. Danny Smith is informed, Paul Williams (Who ever he is) Stephen McCarthy Jr is informed. All these people have been told Patric is missing before 5:00pm.

was scared of the dark, so she took his nightlight away from him” Max also would refer to Patric as a “Little F’n bastard” Tracy also refers to how she allowed her sons to verbally abuse Patric. Skye also is on her list “I hate that little bitch” Stephen Jr.
is also on her list. When he is home he has confrontations with Gabe over his treatment
and abuse of Patric and beats Gabe up. Why didn’t Patric’s Father stop all this abuse?
He continues to turn a blind eye.

STEPHEN states the condo unit is paid for and taken care of by a group of four friends over the past six years. “It’s the first time STEPHEN has been to the condo in approximately FOUR YEARS he states”. (STEPHEN and MARGARET were at the condo 19 Days prior to this interview? He can’t remember when he last saw his Son? So how could he be expected to remember anything as far back as 19 DAYS?

October 13, 2003 Approximately 1522 Hours
I was traveling north on route 93 and was in the area of Exit 30 when I heard a radio broadcast over the Twin State Radio frequency advising members of the Lincoln Fire Department was requested to assist in a search for
a 10 year old boy in Lincoln.
I contacted Lincoln dispatch and learned the boy was missing in the area of the Clearbrook condominiums, which was near the Loon Mountain resort.
I responded to the scene and observed Lincoln Police and Fire units in the area.
I contacted: Margaret McCarthy. Margaret was accompanied by her two boys who
Were later identified as: Gabe and Noah Fritz. She states the two boys were playing outside with their step-brother who was Patric McCarthy

Margaret told me she had just washed PATRIC’s clothing and bedding and that is Where she was when the boys were playing outside.
(Why is Koehler, F-Troop, even using them? Not to bright, that goes for Stienmetz, Cooper, just an opinion.)

STEPHEN McCarthy continued that he had searched the area from the junction of route 112 and the brook upstream to where GABE told him Patrick was last seen.
MCCARTHY told me he also searched the area up by the “water tower”
Which was located north or above where Patrick was last seen.
(Margaret has the Excursion) this would take an hour an a half or more on foot? )
(Lincoln Police tell Stephen to stay at Condo)1436 hrs.
They arrive at 1445 hrs, Sgt Tamulonis talks to Stephen at Condo has him stay their.
Trooper Cooper took custody of some clothing that belonged to Patrick that had been Secured in a paper grocery bag.
I retrieved Remington and Trooper Cooper and I
Responded to the area where we started the first track. I attempted to use the clothes In the bag as a scent article and then did an area search.
Remington showed the most Interest in the area where the first track had been started.
I then put on his tracking Harness and attempted a track. We started down the embankment, traveled down Stream parallel with the brook, crossed the paved sidewalk and entered the area around

another condominium. We traveled back into the woods, and worked down stream
further. Remington lost interest again and it was clear he was no longer tracking.
I brought Remington back to my cruiser, and decided to wait for additional K-9 Units responding to the area. (WHY? Wasting more valuable Time.)
I was contacted by Trooper Steinmetz and gave him the bag containing Patrick’s Clothing and assisted with tracking. (Again WHY?)
I cleared from the scene at approximately 2045 hours.
10/13/2003 2110 hrs Chief Smith advising that Fire Chief Haynes is
organizing two line searches. (Thanks Koehler! 7 hours)
Remember Koehler’s statement to Sgt Tamulonis:
“Canine is requesting that a line search be held off on until he can get a track.
1522 hrs to 2110 hrs (For 6+ hours no line search, no one looking for PATRIC?)
While New Hampshire State Police K-9 search with freshly washed and dried clothes?
“F-Troop.” More of Lt. Screnzia, Sgt West crew.
It is the opinion of other officers contacted, that the decision to continue tracking with freshly washed clothes and no human scent was fruitless and
unproductive and should have been terminated within 2 hours.

10/13/2003 2110 hrs Chief Smith advising that Fire Chief Haynes is
organizing two line searches. One from the Village of Loom headed east,
one is from the bike path area headed west towards the Village of Loon.
If no contact is made tonight, volunteers will be called in the morning.
The meeting place for the volunteers will be the Town Hall.
ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS TAKE THE CLOTHES FROM GABE AND

Terry O’Connell, states he sent a letter to the “President of the United States” pertaining to Patric’s case asking him to put Eric Holder in charge of the investigation. When asked to produce such letter, well that was a different story? I really think he needs some help!

He does however go into great detail about falling into the water, he and Patric getting wet, changing clothes, and not getting into any trouble?

Margaret and Stephen are at Octoberfest when they fell in.
Anyone knowing Margaret & Stephen McCarthy (I am sure Stephen was enjoying Octoberfest!) will tell you that if Patric came back all wet from falling into the water, and Gabe all wet and Margaret was present, Patric would have caught “Wholly Hell and More!
