Dr. Bonnell was contracted by Geoffrey McCarthy to review the Autopsy and Photo’s
pertaining to Patric’s case. He also sent Dr. Bonnell the results of the (5) individuals
that he hired to review Patric’s case and they determined that Patric did not die by
accident or environmental exposure. They determined Patric was sufficated.
This review by Dr. Bonnell, as you can read disputes all of the experts hired
by the McCarthy’s. Dr. Bonnell agrees with the New Hampshire Medical Examiner?

Patric McCarthy case review backs M.E. (Cape Code Times Write Up On The Report)

Geoffrey McCarthy’s decision to hire the likes of Second Opinion Services, recommended by Dr. Andrews? to McCarthy Lawyer Carla Meyers is
Beyond belief.
Dr. Bonnell, as you can read in the report, discredited all the experts hired
by McCarthy/O’Connell. This latest development leads us to believe they
never intended for this case, or Stephen McCarthy to see the inside of a court room. McCarthy’s could never pass the smell test.

That’s awesome. It’s Absolut Awesome. Vodka will make the most iniripsng visions come true. I always knew it would. Or, the agency will just make the most lucrative ideas theirs and run.If they are emailing professionals, should they not disclose how much of a “fee” they’re willing to pay upfront? Hmm….

Terry O’Connell and Geoffrey McCarthy continue to go after N.H. M.E.’s
finding that Patric died of environmental exposure, and no foul play.
We have since been informed by people familiar with this case from
New Hampshire and their opinion is as follows:
“She/He explained that, if the Attorney General were to just reopen this case, the implications go far beyond Patric’s case. It would essentially give a vote of no-confidence to the M.E.”
“Then testimony of the M.E. becomes suspect in every Single case/conviction that he played a role in.
Defense attorneys would make conviction appeals based on this.”
“That is why there has been such reluctance by New Hampshire to reopen the case. It would tie them up for years.”
