The title of the article says it all. New Hampshire Medical Examiner Dr Andrew has a documented history of inconsistency. In a recent murder trial, Dr Andrew back peddled on his initial testimony under cross examination. Why would he testify in a murder trial to act as expert witness to determine cause of death on a body he never examined?

This is a question that WE HAVE. How could he rule Patric McCarthy’s death accidental given the state of Patric’s body and the physical evidence that supports the fact that he was murdered?

i. Dr.Andrew was an expert witness where he testified in the case. While under heated cross examination he admits he never looked at the information pertaining to the case prior to taking the stand and than completely changed his testimony that the death was a homicide. Dr. Andrew also states “lots of ways one can asphyxiate,” such as by airway blockages or intense chest pressure. “Sound familiar to you, “Noah Fritz states Gabe knocked Patric down sat on his back until he stopped breathing” SA Robinson’s interview with Gabe Fritz states he said “I knocked him down sat on his back until his breathing became labored” either way this resulted in Patric’s death at the hands of both stepbrothers. Dr. Andrew seems to have a record of not reviewing vital information police reports, Swains external Examination, Photo’s prior to making his decisions?
