The day Patric McCarthy went missing in Lincoln New Hampshire, Patric’s step brother Gabe was put “in charge” of the younger boys (Patric and Noah) by Stephen McCarthy. Patric’s father.
Margaret McCarthy (Patric’s Step Mother at the time of his death) was given a POLYGRAPH Examination by the New Hampshire State Police regarding Patric. It was noted that during the polygraph examination that Margaret exhibited “SIGNIFICANT PHYSIOLOGICAL RESPONSES when the relevent questions were asked”. Stephen & Margaret McCarthy on 26 – 29 September 2003, go to Loon Mountain and stay in Condo 12M. Margaret takes plenty of Alcohol, etc for Stephen, their have been many family issues in 2003 pertaining to Stephen reluctance to adopt her children and her hired help problem she wants solved! Problems between her, Deanne, Stephen, verbal & physical abuse by Gabe, Noah and Margaret, toward Patric,her insistence on having Patric call her Mom and sexual advance by Gabe toward Patric. All of this is brought to Stephens attention by Patric’s Mother and he continually turns a blind eye and refers Deanne to deal with Margaret. His daughter Sara will not visit the house unless her girl friend Heidi goes with her? per Sara’s Mother. What ever took place at the Condo I would say did not get solved.
BECAUSE 18 DAYS LATER PATRIC IS MISSING. GABE AND NOAH NOT BEING ADOPTED? HIRED HELP PROBLEM NOT SOLVED? BIG HOUSE, BUSINESS, MONEY, SHE SEES ALL HER PLANS GOING OUT THE WINDOW BECAUSE OF STEPHEN NOT COMPLYING TO HER WISHES!

Danny Smith who is in charge of renting the Condo 12M, after Stephen & Margaret leave according to the records. Smith rents Condo 12M to People until noon 5 Oct 03. When they leave new occupants arrive the same afternoon 5 Oct 03 and leave prior to Stephen and Margaret arriving the evening of the 10th of Oct 03. I am sure Smith knew they were coming. IT SEEMS THAT THERE IS A LOT OF ACTIVITY AT THIS CONDO PRIOR TO THE MCCARTHY’S ARRIVING AND PATRIC GOING MISSING?
They return and plans takes place to go back to Loon Mountain on Columbus Day weekend and take Patric, Gabe and Noah. Theirs a catch, that weekend is not Stephens weekend to have Patric. So now Patric is excited as he is told they want to take him up for his Birthday. He calls his Mom and asks if he can go. Deanne talks to Stephen and has him promise he will not let Patric out of his sight, because of the PRIOR events between Gabe and Patric, he agrees. Deanne has Patric the weekend prior to Stephen leaving for New Hampshire, we have his birthday party, give him his new Hockey Jacket, Birthday Cake, Ice Cream and of course Papa Gino’s for Cheese Pizza which is his favorite, then home for video games and what ever he wanted to do.
Deanne talks to Stephen on Friday morning 10 Oct 03, prior to them leaving, and again impresses on him not to let Patric out of his sight while in New Hampshire. Again he agrees, knowing FULL WELL that Gabe and Patric didn’t get alone at all.
HIS COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR PATRIC’S HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE WHILE PATRIC WAS IN HIS CARE DIRECTLY RESULTED IN HIS DEATH.

Stephen took Patric to Dr. Gary Tabor, physiologist, because according to Stephen, Patric has trouble sleeping at night due to watching scary
movies? I believe that GABE And NOAH were the scary movie? Locking Doors?
Especially after Patric finally tells his Mother about GABE’s sexual advances?
In Patric’s own house under the watchful eye of HIS FATHER and BABY SITTER?
“Max told Tracy that because Patric reported the Sexual advances by GABE to his MOTHER and FATHER, she Took Patric’s blanket away from him. She knew that Patric was scared of the dark, so she took his nightlight away from him”
Max also would refer to Patric as a “Little F’n bastard” Tracy also refers to how she allowed her sons to verbally abuse Patric. Skye also is on her list “I hate that little bitch” Stephen Jr.is also on her list.
When he is home he has confrontations with Gabe over GABE’S treatment
and abuse of Patric and beats Gabe up. Why didn’t Patric’s Father stop all this abuse? Baby sitter never reported it? He continues to turn a blind eye.

Also never informed the New Hampshire State Police, but others did and that also was Not perused by the authorities?
“STEPHEN states the boys have a good enough relationship that it allowed PATRIC, up in till a week ago, to sleep in the same bedroom with GABE.”
“Stephen McCarthy does acknowledge that there are occasions when GABE and NOAH gang up and pick on PATRIC.”
“STEPHEN states on the 13th the boys were getting along fine and there was no discernible dissension amongst the group”. Then what happened to Patric?

Just wanted to state that there are No locks on any of the kids doors in our home. So that statement about Patric having to lock his door is completely false.

Letter Dated April 1, 2004, this letter was obtained by me through the (FOIA) from New Hampshire. So it was sent to New Hampshire. Now remember what Quotation Marks Mean.
“Steve states that they arrive at the condo at approximately 9:00 p.m. on 10/9/04.
So Steve arrived on Thursday? Not Friday. One year after Patric was missing?

Nickie Rouix has always been employed by McCarthy, she began at age 14, according to Jim Potts, when she worked at Gray Gables Market, she moved on to live in Baby Sitter for Stephen and Margaret McCarthy, than moved on to Package store worker for Stephen and Margaret McCarthy, well you know the rest of the story. FBI, does very little baby sitting, much closer?

“I was at the McCarthy house a lot the 1st few weeks after Patric died. Either for Nicky ??? Max would tell me Steve was asking for me. I would get there, etc, etc.
I was begging her (Nicky) to get out of there! Especially after Steve and Nicky became involved. – – – Max tried to get me & my family to have Thanksgiving 2003 at her house.”
