Conflicting reports

According to 2003 police reports, Gabe told investigators he did not have an altercation with Patric. But in his recent follow-up interview with the FBI, Gabe told them he pushed the boy down and sat on his back.

“I can never understand why he didn’t just say, ‘I held onto Pat and said I made him promise he wouldn’t run ahead,'” Margaret McCarthy said of her son’s initial statements.

The McCarthy’s new on 13 Oct 2003, there was an altercation, and said nothing?
This speaks volumes of Stephen McCarthy’s negligence in the Death of his son.
