Margolis “endorsed our decision to close the investigation without seeking criminal charges,” Kinsella wrote

Again I ask “Who was responsible for the “Health, Safety and welfare of Patric” ?

According to the State of New Hampshire and the Federal Government, you can send a 10 year old boy out with his stepbrothers unsupervised, who openly have abused him in the past, stole his property, destroyed it, assaulted him in New Hampshire, knocked him down, sat on him all of which is in Gabe Fritz statement to the New Hampshire State Police. Then he is found dead, “NO CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED”? You would have to have an I.Q. of under 10 to believe that. Of course were talking New Hampshire.

Mr. Kavacas – According to Special Agent Maureen Robinsion once a child is missing for more than 24 hours, all family members are given a “Polygraph” What part of ALL family members don’t you understand.

Mr. Kacacas in your opinion, who was responsible for the Health, Safety and Welfare of Patric while in New Hampshire?

Who benefited financially from Patric’s death? This question was asked of the FBI and never answered.

I am sure that when I receive a copy of your investigation under the FOIA all of these questions will be answered.

“The professional investigation here concluded that there was no possibility of prosecuting anyone,” John Kacavas, U.S. attorney for New Hampshire, said Monday. My review “establishes that Patric’s death was accidental.”

Mr. Kavacas, from late 2005 to late 2008 in some 219 e-mails, you are never mentioned or even sent an info copy of anything pertaining to any meetings that occurred over that time and that’s all that occurred. Their was no investigation.

Kelly Ayott – No Information?

Michael Delaney – No information?

Simon R. Brown – Investigation (0.0 hrs over 7.5 years) He was in-charge of Kirsten B.Wilson

Kirsten B. Wilson was in-charge of Special Investigator Sgt Chuck West whose time I am waiting for, based on the e-mails he did about the same as Kirsten B. Wilson. Pretty much what he did the week of 13-17 Oct 2003.

Jeffery A. Strezlin – Investigation (12.5 hrs over 7.5 years) That would be overseeing.

Kirsten B. Wilson – Investigation (0.0 hrs over 7.5 years) (She was in charge with Sgt West?)

Jane E.Young – Investigation (19.5 hrs over 7.5 years) That would be overseeing.

Actual investigating of Patric’s case 1/1/04 – 4/11/11 we have 0.0 hours in the field?

We do have plenty of e-mails: Shoulda, coulda, woulda, and I wish, but no one INVESTIGATED.

This is just another example of WHY we continue to fight for the truth to be told. This is a note from a former employee of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Concord NH. It’s obvious that there is a cover up, we just need to publish this book, and perhaps ONE person with enough influence will read it, and set the wheels in motion once and for all. “17 January 2012; I was a former employee of the U.S....
