Cape Cod Times, Tuesday 10 May 2011
“Given the tragedy and depth of emotion for this family, we wanted, and I speak generally of law enforcement, we wanted to track down every possible lead.” Kacavas said. “My view is that was done.”
“Lots of people with 20/20 hindsight can say that’s a crime scene and it should have been treated differently,” Kacavas said. “You have to have knowledge of all the facts of the case.”
The facts of the case are that you never talked to the eye witnesses that saw Patric alive at 1:00 pm (Robbins) 1:40 pm on 13 Oct 03 right in front of the condo. (Nuttoli)
Last month, the Times obtained records of an initial examination of Patric’s body done by deputy medical examiner Rosemary Swain. Her report contradicts the autopsy by Andrew.
In her handwritten report, Swain indicates Patric’s eyes were open, he had “leaves & dirt in eyes, nose, mouth.” She also checked off “petechiae” on her report, an indication of asphyxiation, according to forensic experts.
In the autopsy, Andrew wrote that Patric’s eyes were closed, and there was no mention of leaves on his face and no petechiae was evident.
NOW LETS OPEN THE CASE AND SHAKE THE TREE, DELANEY !!!!!!!
So much for Fish and Game, N.H.S.P. Troop F, running crime scenes in New Hampshire?

Margolis “endorsed our decision to close the investigation without seeking criminal charges,” Kinsella wrote
Again I ask “Who was responsible for the “Health, Safety and welfare of Patric” ?
According to the State of New Hampshire and the Federal Government, you can send a 10 year old boy out with his stepbrothers unsupervised, who openly have abused him in the past, stole his property, destroyed it, assaulted him in New Hampshire, knocked him down, sat on him all of which is in Gabe Fritz statement to the New Hampshire State Police. Then he is found dead, “NO CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED”? You would have to have an I.Q. of under 10 to believe that. Of course were talking New Hampshire.

Mr. Kavacas – According to Special Agent Maureen Robinsion once a child is missing for more than 24 hours, all family members are given a “Polygraph” What part of ALL family members don’t you understand.
Mr. Kacacas in your opinion, who was responsible for the Health, Safety and Welfare of Patric while in New Hampshire?
Who benefited financially from Patric’s death? This question was asked of the FBI and never answered.
I am sure that when I receive a copy of your investigation under the FOIA all of these questions will be answered.

“The professional investigation here concluded that there was no possibility of prosecuting anyone,” John Kacavas, U.S. attorney for New Hampshire, said Monday. My review “establishes that Patric’s death was accidental.”
Mr. Kavacas, from late 2005 to late 2008 in some 219 e-mails, you are never mentioned or even sent an info copy of anything pertaining to any meetings that occurred over that time and that’s all that occurred. Their was no investigation.
